Urgent requirement: safety officer (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety officer in Bibb County, Georgia. The job is on a road and infrastructure project. You should have: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites The role involves: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
