Join our team: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Del Norte County, California. You will work at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
