Now hiring: we are hiring a RCC mason in Shropshire, England. You should have: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet Day to day you will discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors. 6+ years on the tools preferred. £2,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
