Gas installation technician — Routt County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Routt County, Colorado. You will be based at a heating and plumbing contractor. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration You will lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $250 per day plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
