Join our team: we are hiring a body shop technician in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. You will work at a busy body shop. Requirements: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Your main tasks: • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
