Heavy equipment operator (dozer) wanted in Saluda County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Saluda County, South Carolina. The job is at a busy earthworks site. You will carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; refuel the machine and record running hours; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals. What we are looking for: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
