We are recruiting: thermal insulation technician (Ohio)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Hamilton County, Ohio. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. You will torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Part-time with flexible hours.
