Great opportunity: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Eaton County, Michigan. The job is at a paint and panel shop. The role involves MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
