Join our team: crane rigger (South Dakota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crane rigger in Brown County, South Dakota. On a typical shift you will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. You should have: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
