Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Armstrong County, Texas. The job is at a busy roofing firm. You will insulate and ventilate the roof void; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding. What we are looking for: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
