Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Bear Lake County, Idaho. Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time, day shift.
