Now hiring: we are hiring a waitress in City of Poquoson, Virginia. You will be based in a café. The role involves lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
