Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Oconee County, Georgia. You will be based on a commercial shopfront installation. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders Day-to-day duties: • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site Rotating shifts.
