Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Six days a week, one day off.
