Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Lake County, Tennessee. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns.
