The role involves control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
