Coating plant operator wanted in Cleburne County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Cleburne County, Arkansas. You will work at a powder coating unit. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Performance bonus on top of base pay.
