Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Choctaw County, Alabama. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Able to pass a weld test on the spot At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
