Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Clark County, South Dakota. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
