You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Rotating shifts.
