Paint booth operator wanted in Cheshire West and Chester

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Cheshire West and Chester, England. The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided.
