Garment machinist — Ughelli North

Great opportunity: we are hiring a garment machinist in Ughelli North, Delta State. What we are looking for: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines On a typical shift you will change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦95,000 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
