Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Saline County, Arkansas. The job is at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time, day shift.
