Vacancy available: grill cook (Oyo State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Ogbomosho South, Oyo State. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
