What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
