Marble polisher — Borough of Swindon

Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble polisher in Borough of Swindon, England. You will work at a marble and granite workshop. The role involves: • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings What we are looking for: • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs 2+ years on the tools preferred.
