We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Livingston County, Missouri. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time, day shift.
