Production welder wanted in Baylor County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production welder in Baylor County, Texas. The job is at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Your main tasks: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
