Great opportunity: collision repair technician (Maryland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Cecil County, Maryland. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. The role involves: • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish 1+ years on the tools preferred.
