Now hiring: we are hiring a site safety steward in Henry County, Iowa. You will work on a high-rise building project. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Day-to-day duties: • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
