Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Hamilton County, Tennessee. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Six days a week, one day off.
