Bakery assistant wanted in Bay County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Bay County, Michigan. The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
