Cold store insulation technician wanted in City of Franklin

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in City of Franklin, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience.
