We are recruiting: heavy equipment operator (Iowa)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Worth County, Iowa. You will work at a stone quarry. You should have: • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination You will break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; check for underground cables and services before digging; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
