Tube and fitting scaffolder • Pottawattamie County, Iowa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in Pottawattamie County, Iowa. You will fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground. Ideal candidate: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
