Great opportunity: we are hiring a press operator in Randolph County, North Carolina. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading You will set up and change stamping dies and tooling; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
