PVC window assembler wanted in City of Hopewell

Join our team: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in City of Hopewell, Virginia. You will be based at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Full-time, day shift.
