Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Trumbull County, Ohio. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to read and match factory paint codes Your main tasks: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
