Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Bourbon County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day-to-day duties: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Part-time with flexible hours. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
