Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Onitsha North, Anambra State. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors The role involves insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
