Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service You will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules.
