Join our team: rough terrain crane operator (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Loudoun County, Virginia. You will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. Requirements: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
