Incoming goods inspector wanted in Morgan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Morgan County, Georgia. You will work in an electronics assembly workshop. You should have: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits On the job you will handle: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
