Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On a typical shift you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
