Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Price County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
