We are recruiting: we are hiring a demolition labourer in City of Kingston upon Hull, England. The job is with a civil contractor. Your main tasks: • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days You should have: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
