Cnc production machinist — Cheshire East

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Cheshire East, England. You will be based in a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
