Day to day you will take the customer's OTP or signature at handover; call customers for directions or to retry a missed delivery; load and strap the parcels securely in the delivery box; check fuel and tyre pressure before every shift; scan each package barcode on the handheld device before loading; keep the cold bag at temperature for food orders.
