We are recruiting: captain waiter (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Yoakum County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $25 per hour, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
