The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred ₦115,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
